Privacy Policy

Traphel (operated by VMA Bubbles Consulting LLC, doing business as Traphel — "Traphel", "we", "us") is a marketplace connecting visual creators with clients. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to traphel.com and related services (the "Service").

Information we collect

Account information. Name, email address, username, password (stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider), profile details you choose to add (bio, location, equipment, social links), and referral attribution if you joined through a referral link.

Content. Photos, videos, portfolio items, galleries, posts, messages, reviews, and booking details (dates, locations, notes, amounts) you create or upload.

Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken, used for security, debugging, and improving the Service.

Payment information. When payments launch, they will be processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Creator payouts use a delayed payout via Stripe Connect.

How we use information

To operate the marketplace: creating and displaying profiles, processing booking requests, delivering galleries, enabling messaging, showing notifications, and sending transactional email (booking updates, review requests, account emails). To keep the Service safe: fraud and abuse prevention, bot protection, and enforcing our Terms of Service. To improve the product: understanding how features are used. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that run the Service on our behalf:

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. Vercel — hosting and content delivery. Resend — transactional email delivery. Stripe — payment processing when payments launch. Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on signup, login, and password reset. Turnstile processes limited device and interaction data to distinguish humans from bots; this use is governed by Cloudflare's privacy notice and the Turnstile Privacy Addendum (see cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy). OpenStreetMap / Nominatim and map tile providers — location search and map display.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (keeping you signed in), security, and remembering preferences. Blocking these may break sign-in.

Sharing between users

Your public profile, portfolio, reviews you write and receive, and content you choose to share are visible to other users. Galleries shared with a specific person are visible to that person once they accept. Booking details are visible to the other party of the booking.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us; some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
